Ritual Training
For the team ยท shoot on iPhone, real & authentic

Photography Shot List

Real photos of your gyms, coaches and members โ€” for the landing pages, socials and the knowledge base. iPhone is perfectly fine; authentic beats polished. Shoot loads; we'll pick the best.

๐Ÿ“‹ Ground rules (read first)

  • Natural light, candid over posed. Real training moments > staged smiles. Shoot during actual sessions where you can.
  • Permission: get a quick verbal/written OK from any member who's clearly identifiable (a simple photo-release text is ideal โ€” I can supply one).
  • No old Fit Body branding in shot โ€” avoid FBBC signage, logos, banners, branded shirts where possible.
  • Both locations โ€” Bend and Portland, so each page can feel local.
  • Frame both ways: a few landscape (web heroes) and a few vertical/portrait (Stories, Reels, mobile) of each key shot.
  • Variety of real people โ€” different ages, sizes, fitness levels. Especially capture 60+ members (see below).
  • Clean the frame โ€” tidy clutter, wipe mirrors, no half-empty water bottles in the foreground.

1. $99 ยท 14-Day Intro Priority

Page vibe: no-shame, welcoming, "regular people", you don't have to be fit to start.
Hero + section shots
  • A newcomer being welcomed / coached 1-to-1 โ€” friendly, reassuring, not intense.
  • Small group mid-session โ€” a mix of everyday people, clearly not an intimidating "gym-bro" room.
  • A coach demonstrating / adjusting form for someone who looks like a beginner.
  • Genuine laughter / relaxed faces โ€” the "this is actually fun and doable" feeling.
  • A wide shot of the space looking bright, clean and approachable.

2. Longevity 60+ Priority

Page vibe: strength for independence, own pace, coaches work around your body. Real 60+ members are the whole point here.
Hero + section shots โ€” feature ACTUAL 60+ members
  • Adults in their 60s/70s doing strength work โ€” dumbbells, sled, banded movements โ€” looking capable and strong, not frail.
  • A coach spotting / supporting an older member through a movement (the "they work around my body" proof).
  • An older member doing a modified exercise confidently โ€” shows scaling.
  • Balance / functional movement (step-ups, carries) โ€” ties to "keep up with the grandkids / stay independent".
  • Two or three 60+ members chatting/laughing together โ€” the supportive community angle.

3. Win-Back / Reactivation

Page vibe: come back without it being a big thing; you loved the coaching & community.
Section shots
  • Warm welcome moment โ€” coach greeting a member at the door / fist-bump.
  • Group camaraderie โ€” high-fives, end-of-session smiles, the "family" feel.
  • A visibly stronger/progressing member mid-lift โ€” the "why it worked" reminder.

4. General gym / brand page

Coach-led small-group training, the everyday Ritual experience.
Section shots
  • Signature coach-led group session โ€” energy, a coach clearly leading.
  • Range of ages & abilities training side by side.
  • Equipment in real use (kettlebells, rowers, sleds) โ€” not empty racks.
  • The new Ritual signage / branding once it's up (exterior + interior).

5. Coaches for the credentials section

The landing pages have a spot for coach qualifications โ€” pair each with a photo.
Per coach (both locations)
  • A clean portrait โ€” friendly, approachable, good light (a plain wall is fine).
  • One "in action" shot โ€” coaching, demonstrating, encouraging.

6. Brand & detail shots social + KB

  • The space โ€” clean wide + detail shots (turf, rig, whiteboard, community board).
  • Texture/detail โ€” chalked hands, a loaded barbell, the sign-in area โ€” for social accents.
  • Candid community moments โ€” before/after class chatter, coffee, laughter.
  • A few "hero" wides of each location that could headline the homepage.
When you've got them: drop everything into the shared "Ritual Photos" Google Drive folder (name subfolders by location + coach). We'll swap them in over the AI placeholder images. Aim for ~30โ€“50 keepers to start โ€” more is better.
